AEWS (Anthony Eddy Wildlife Studio) started in 1984. Our shop was a
small room in the basement of our home. I started as most taxidermists,
mounting deer heads, fish,
 mammals,
and birds. As time went by, the business grew and my wife could leave
her job and join me in the family business.
Today, we have grown to be one of the larger freeze dry services in the
Midwest. We currently have a staff of six experience employees and
operate nine 36x66 Northstar freeze dryers.
Besides offering freeze-dry services, we have developed unique taxidermy
supplies. Taxidermy supplies include our turkey and mammal bases,
and waterfowl and upland game bird bases. Our reproduction turkey heads
are the highest quality on the market today. We also offer
products from other small companies including: Positive Reproduction
bird heads, Bird Bodies by Jim Pitts, and pedestal forms from Products
by Ozark Woods. These products are of the highest quality and most are
not available from the larger taxidermy supply companies. More
